beadsZONE® Online Store respects your personal information which is confidential. We will never disclose any personal information that you provide us to third parties such as your name, contact number, mailing address, e-mail address or any information related to your purchase history with us. However, we reserved the rights to reveal your information for cases where we comply with a lawful demand for information by law enforcement authorities or attempt to secure relief in cases of customer fraud.

Payments
Your financial security is our highest priority. We are using PayPal, the most popular way to electronically pay for online purchase. PayPal protects your financial information with industry leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information such as bank or credit card numbers is not shared with the merchant. In addition, you are protected from any unauthorised payment made from your PayPal account. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

For security purposes, we will only ship to the credit card billing address. If the credit card billing address is different from the shipping address, we will not process the order. This is to reduce the risk that the buyer is using a stolen credit card.

Returns and Refunds
We always accept requests to return merchandise within 10 days of its delivery to you. Our refund policy applies to unopened, unused and undamaged items in original quantities and condition. The items must be in its original carton or packaging with all parts present and there is no damage to the outer package. If there is a demand for a refund or return, you must send an e-mail to guoqiangsdnbhd@gmail.com, indicating the reason for your return along with a copy of your receipt.

Please be noted that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return items if it was not due to our error. We shall refund your shipping cost if return was due to our error. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Please email us after you send the return package. All claims for returns or refunds due to shipping damage or manufacturing defects must be made within 10 days of its delivery to you. We reserve the right to reject any claims of returns or refund in cases of obvious user abuse. However, you should always consult us by sending e-mail to guoqiangsdnbhd@gmail.com for our instructions before returning any merchandise, regardless of the reason.

Shipping
We will only ship our orders by using the best courier service available at that time. We will also provide you the tracking number which can be used to trace the whereabouts of the shipment. The shipping rate is calculated by weight.

For Local Malaysia Order: Major towns and cities in West Malaysia (Peninsular) Zone 1, the shipping rate is RM 6.00 per order.

Shipping costs for International Order and Local Malaysia Order: West Malaysia (Peninsular) Zone 2 and East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) will be calculated to you in an e-mail before your payment is made. To view the Zone 1 and 2 listing for West Malaysia, kindly refer ¡°SHIPPING RATES¡±.

Shipping costs for Wholesale will also be calculated to you in an e-mail.

Normally, you can receive the items in 5-10 days. Please be noted that this is the amount of time it takes after we have received your payment, not after the time you place your order. Keep in mind that 5-10 days are the usual amount of time it takes and packages can be delayed for any number of reasons or depends on your countries. As such, please do allow some buffer time for your package to reach you. If you still did not receive the package after waiting for a long time such as double the maximum amount of time required, please contact us immediately and we will check it out for you.

Customs and Duties/Tax
We are not responsible for customs duties or taxes on your package that some countries may levy. You might also have to pay a fee to customs or your country's postal service for delivery outside of a standard delivery area. These charges are not included in the amount paid to beadsZONE? Online Store as we have no control over whether you will be charged any such fees or taxes. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
